Dr. Christopher Cook is an experienced endodontist with more than 30 years in the dental field and is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-focused care. A former Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy, he proudly served both at home and abroad before establishing his practice in Louisville. Beyond the office, Dr. Cook is passionate about community outreach, sharing his knowledge through lecturing nationwide, attending continuing education, and service to local dental organizations. He is happily married to his wife Tammy and has 3 incredible children. In his spare time he loves to travel and volunteers his time with multiple non-profits throughout the country.

I am so thankful that Dr. Cook was recommended to me! I experience a dental injury to 4 of my front teeth & had been advised by 2 other providers that I would need root canals. When I saw Dr. Cook, it was a breath of fresh air & encouragement. He explained to me the research behind trauma & timelines for teeth to heal. He has carefully managed & monitored my teeth, but recommended we give them more time to heal based on best practice. And so far, they are healing & making a recovery - no infections & nerves are healing. I cannot imagine what I would have gone through had I not found him! He genuinely cares & all of the office staff have been amazing! I can’t thank them enough.
Root canal procedure was a breeze. Only real pain (minor at that) was the numbing shot. Nothing during or post procedure. Dr Cook is the best and I have and will always recommend him to anyone.
Very Professional environment. Would not to hesitate to see this office again. Was also pleasant to be able to converse with Doctor who is also a Veteran.
